Refund policy
Right of withdrawal - 14 days
In accordance with applicable European regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
How to cancel or return your order
Order not yet prepared: you can request cancellation directly from your customer account, as long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipping.
Order already shipped: you can start a return using our online return form, accessible from your account or from your order confirmation email.
Enter your name and order number, then confirm your request. You will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging if possible. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of the order.

Refund
Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund you using the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.
Excluded products
Products made to order or to personalised specifications are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, except in the event of a lack of conformity. This exclusion is stated on the relevant product page.
Defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately via our contact page: you will be offered a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping costs covered by us.
