Would you like to cancel a purchase? Use the form to the right: it retrieves your order using its number.
Deadline
You have 14 days to cancel a purchase made remotely, without having to provide a reason. The period begins upon receipt of your order.
How to proceed
Fill out the form with your name, email address, and order number. Check your entries, then confirm your request. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
